How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I watched it last night and it was barely watchable.

*The characters did not use their signature fighting styles
*They all looked like bad cosplayers
*The organization was called "Tekken"... instead of the "Mishima Zaibatsu," which held a TOURNAMENT called "Tekken" eg "The King of Iron Fist Tournament," ...to call the company itself Tekken is retarded
*It's like year 2036 for no reason (wut)
*Kazuya is a rapist for no reason that hits on everything with breasts (he's evil but COME ON WTF)
*Kazuya is also a massive derp with facial hair (ewewew)
*The future is bleak and coffee has become the new drug (so has oranges)
*The JACK robots were ninjas with fencing masks that spoke terrible Japanese - NO, THEY DID NOT DO THE COSSACK *sobsobsob*
*THE CHARACTERS ARE NOT CONNECTED AT ALL
*There was little to no explanation as to what other characters were doing there
*Eddie Gordo was decent, Christie Montiero was disgusting
*Heihachi's hair is all wrong
*The good part of the cast was cut out for no damn reason
*Somehow Steve Fox knew Jun Kazama, even though she died in Tekken 2 and he was in Tekken 4
*...Steve's hair is also wrong, but the actor played his part well
*WHERE THE FUCK IS LING XIAOYU AND WHY IS SHE REPLACED BY NAMELESS WOMAN AND CHRISTIE MONTIERO AS LOVE INTERESTS?!

We should make this our goal. To make a really fucking good Tekken movie.

BUT YEAH UM what is it with videogame-to-movie movies sucking so bad? Honestly, the only good one out there EVER was the Prince of Persia. Prince of Persia was fucking excellent.

I might watch the Tekken movie to see how it stands on its own, from the perspective of someone who knows nothing about Tekken except that it's a fun fighting game. It will still probably be terrible, but it's worth a shot. C:
